Shipping & Packaging

All works are carefully packed and dispatched by me from my studio in North Wales.

UK Shipping

Shipping within the UK is calculated at checkout and reflects not only Royal Mail postage but also archival protection materials, structural reinforcement, insurance where required, and the time taken to prepare work to a professional gallery standard. This ensures that each piece arrives safely and in the condition intended.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail:

• Works priced under £350 are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature confirmation.

• Higher-value works are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured in transit and requiring signature on delivery.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a further message once it has been dispatched, including tracking details.

I aim to dispatch work within 2–3 working days. If there is any delay, I will contact you directly.

International Orders

I am currently shipping within the UK.

International collectors are warmly invited to enquire. I am always happy to provide a shipping quote and to confirm delivery options before purchase.

Packaging

All works on paper are shipped flat to ensure their condition is preserved from studio to delivery.

For standard works (most prints and smaller pieces), each is:

  • wrapped in acid-free glassine,

  • placed with rigid board or stiffeners,

  • sealed in a compostable protective sleeve,

  • and sent in a strong cardboard mailer.

For high-value works and unique drawings, additional reinforcement is applied, including double-wall protection and archival support boards, to safeguard the work in transit. Packaging choices reflect the size, value, and handling needs of the work.

Wherever possible, all packaging materials are recyclable or compostable.

Works are never rolled unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Larger Works

Larger drawings are also shipped flat wherever feasible. If a work requires reinforced packaging due to size or value, this will be reflected in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
