1. Overview
This website is operated by Julian Brasington.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms apply to all purchases made through the online shop.
If you have any questions before purchasing, you are warmly invited to get in touch via the Contact page.
2. The Work
All works offered for sale are original artworks created by Julian Brasington unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Where a work forms part of a limited edition, the edition size is clearly stated on the product page. Once an edition is sold out, no further impressions will be produced.
As each work is handmade, slight variations and marks inherent to the process are part of its character.
If you would like additional photographs or clarification before purchasing, you are welcome to contact me.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect postage, insurance (where applicable), and the time and materials required to pack work securely.
I reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price paid is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted via:
• Debit or credit card (processed securely via Stripe)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal
For in-person purchases, payment may also be accepted via Square.
Payment must be received in full before work is dispatched.
5. Shipping
All works are carefully packed and dispatched from my studio in North Wales.
Shipping details, delivery methods, and packaging information are outlined in the Shipping & Packaging policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Shipping is currently available within the UK.
International collectors are warmly invited to enquire before purchase.
6. Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
You will receive:
• An email confirming your order.
• A second email once the work has been dispatched, including tracking details.
If there is any delay in dispatch, I will contact you directly.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the work.
To arrange a return under the 14-day cancellation period:
• Notify me within 14 days of delivery.
• Return the work within 14 days of notifying.
Returned works must be in their original condition and carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Return shipping costs for cancelled orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned works remain the responsibility of the buyer until safely received. Buyers are advised to use a tracked and insured service for returns.
A refund will be issued once the work has been safely received.
If a work arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging.
In the event of damage in transit, I will arrange an appropriate resolution. This may include a refund or a replacement (where possible).
Where damage is confirmed, return shipping costs will be covered by me.

All artwork and images on this website are the copyright of Julian Brasington unless stated otherwise.
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright.
No image or artwork may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Use of the Website
All content on this website is provided in good faith. I reserve the right to update or amend information at any time.
Unauthorised use of the website or its content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
